1) firstly how do I put a company logo or header picture?
2) Am I allow to remove the "amazon script powered by Affiliate Niche Script" on the footer if so how?
3) when I am creating categories do I have to put the Associate Id: on every category I generate? I have already placed this in the main settings.
4) (uk) Amazon Search Index: OutdoorLiving is not showing in categories I have to keep typing it in.
5) Need a list of uk amazon nodes too
6) When I create a category it take a long tie before it shows on the shop front
7) Search ALL "We did not find any matches for your request." I have to pick a category to get results?

Sorry for all the questions, probably got more to come,
If you could knindly answer the above question it would be appreciated.

1. To setup a logo first you will need to create and upload an image to your website. then in the /templates/default/header.tpl file add some code to show the image logo like below:

Code: Select all
<img src="/templates/default/image/MY-LOGO.png" />

2. Yes, you simply just need to remove the following code from footer.tpl:

Code: Select all
<?php $this->footer_link = footer(); ?>

3. no, this setting was for users who wanted specific associates id per category for better tracking. if you do not enter an associates id it will use the main one.

4. thanks, I will look into this.

5. try this link: http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC ... deIDs.html

6. this is to do with the database caching. in advanced settings you can change the cache limit from 600 seconds to 1 while you are setting up the store, then when its all finished change it back to something higher to reduce the load on your database and increase performance.

7. under advanced settings there is an option called: Search "All" Behaviour. changing this to Amazon blended will not require any specific categories, but it will require some categories to be setup on your store. so if you search "ipod" the results will show 3 products from each of your stores categories which have results related to the search term. alternatively you can select "Amazon Node" to have the All option only search in your specified node.
