I'm using the trial version and on a test/evaluation mode. In a product url, the category and site name display but not the product although it is set as:
{PRODUCT} - {CATEGORY} - {SITE-NAME} in the Title & META Tag Settings of the Store Configuration.

Any setting I missed?

It looks like you have configured it correctly, can you let me know your site url?

I figured it out. I was working on a localhost but when I uploaded it on my remote server, it worked.
