Exceeding Cache Limit

Exceeding Cache Limit

Postby Chris » Thu Jun 17, 2010 12:04 pm

The default value for Amazon Cache Limit is 50 ( ie 50MB) and i kept the setting as it is.

I just looked at today, and the cache size went to 330MB ignoring the value of 50MB.

Do i need to run any ANS Cron job to limit the cache size to 50MB.

Thanks
Chris

I am using godaddy's hosting services.

I use their control panel for my cron jobs.

add this to a new cron job make it run once a day at like 3am

wget -qO /dev/null http://www.yoursite.com/cron.php?key=123abc

replace 123abc with your cron key from ans admin section under advanced settings which should be changed from the default of 123abc
