I'm trying to improve SEO of my ANS stores by adding custom content but i'm having big trouble adding any content. I copy paste the text from notepad to ANS but after i save it, it is gone. I've tried IE, firefox and chrome but everytime it's gone. No messy code either, just plain text.

Any ideas? admin?

it doesn't matter what the text is. It's plain formatted text from notepad, no weird characters or anything.

Try it out youself. Copy a large article from notepad, word, outlook, whatever, and paste it into custom content. After you save it go back to custom content and you'll see it's not saved.

Is this piece of text supposed to be saved in XML form?

As i see there is no table in databsed for curom content.
