adding amazon keys kills license???

adding amazon keys kills license???

Postby dudaah » Fri Nov 25, 2011 12:55 pm

Hi,

When I try to add the keys for amazon and hit save/submit button it logs me out and when trying to login again, my license for your script says it's not valid. I can then go to my client area and reissue the license and I can login again. But as soon as I try to modify the amazon keys, the license says invalid again.

Please help!!!

Hi Dudaah,

When you uploaded your site via FTP. did you upload in binary mode?

Also check with your server host CITYNETWORK to confirm php safe mode off. This is not a requirement but this has effected with similar issues on our server with multiple hosts.

Someone will reply it takes a little time to get noticed here.

Hi shugs,

I tried uploading both as auto and as binary with the same result.

safe_mode is off...

what's a bit strange to me is that the ip listed under my license start with 10. and that is NOT my server ip??? First install and reissue give the same 10. something ip.

Hey shugs,

I installed it on my other hosting account as you suggested and this seem to work. The only real difference I can see between them is that the city network one is using php 5.3x while the other host run 5.2x so I guess this script is not very php 5.3 compliant maybe?
