Affiliate Niche Script 2.1 Released
We have just completed the latest released of ANS, 2.1 and it is ready for download!
This release brings in minor new features along with the usual bug fix’s found since 2.0. In this release we have spent a lot of time optimizing the code for faster page browsing and less memory usage on your servers.
For a full list of changes see below.
New features:
- added option to disable ajax features (paging & shopping cart)
- added option to change price preference to Amazon products
- added option to limit category page results (max 400)
- added option to configure product title length
- stats can now be reset from the admin page
- added option to change reviews default sort order
- added ability to have stats summary emailed to you daily
- added option to configure email sender name/address for automated store emails
Changes:
- eligible for free shipping now displayed where available
- out of stock / unavailable products now show a friendly message instead of no price info and no buy button
- setting condition global filter now also filters offer results on product page to your specified condition.
- rewrite of amazon reviews removed to comply with API policy usage
- Amazon disclaimer added to footer to comply with API policy usage
- category sort order now affects search bar category options
Fix’s:
- fixed shopping cart so it now fully works with javascript disabled
- fixed “quantity” not being recorded in DB for items added to cart
- fixed category center div shifting to right by ajax calls
- plenty of other bugs fixed and overall code optimized for faster browsing
