Released new version of ANS, v3.1.133

Change Log:

- Changed format of the product versions. Now it has three numbers: major.minor.revision . For example the version number now looks like this: 3.1.115
Where:
major – will be increased if we will make very deep changes of the script engine.
minor – will be increased if we will add some features.
revision – internal serial number of the product release (will be increased with every release (including some small improvements or bug fixes)).
- Improved admin panel security system.
- Improved work-speed of admin panel:
Added cache function for received information about “Latest script version info” and “ANS Updates info” from our site. Interval between requests of these info is 1 hour.
- Fixed some bugs in search function
- Removed “Currently unavailable” string in search results.

We are happy to introduce new release of ANS, v3.0.

New Features and Changes:

- Changed algorithm of work with Amazon API, so sites will not stop work after
changes in Amazon API on 15.10.2010.
Please upgrade your installations as soon as possible.
- Fixed few small bugs with search function, with cache deletion, ASIN List categories,  etc.
- Optimized the script code for less Amazon API usage and less server load.
- Added new templates (6 color variants of “default” template and 4 colors
of “shopper” template).

Was integrated new Licensing System !
Now every customer needs License Key to use the script.
Standard license is valid for any number of sites, but all these sites must be
owned by One Owner (our paid customer) also all these sites must have same IP address.
Same license key will not work for sites on different IPs.
We have to add such restriction to protect us from not authorized distribution of the script.

Upcoming Changes:

In the next releases we plan to fix issue with Amazon “Customer Reviews API”
changes by Amazon on November 8.
Add new features (like creation/editing of static pages from admin panel,
managing ads on the site, and some other interesting features).
Add new templates.

We have just completed the latest released of ANS, 2.1 and it is ready for download!

This release brings in minor new features along with the usual bug fix’s found since 2.0. In this release we have spent a lot of time optimizing the code for faster page browsing and less memory usage on your servers.
