We have just completed the latest released of ANS, 2.1 and it is ready for download!

This release brings in minor new features along with the usual bug fix’s found since 2.0. In this release we have spent a lot of time optimizing the code for faster page browsing and less memory usage on your servers.

Development of Affiliate Niche Script has been going at a real fast pace over the past couple of months. Today we have reached a new major milestone by releasing version 2.0 of the script.

As mentioned in our previous update, there is no free version any more. In it’s place we are offering a 30-day trial of the full version. What you get with the trial version is exactly what you get with the full version, no comission sharing or forced footer links.

Version 2.o now combines the full power of eBay! Think of ANS as a 2-in-1 script, like AOM and BANS bundled together, only better!

What’s new in v2.0:

We have just released v1.21, this is a small update which includes mainly bug fixes. See below for what has changed since the previous version.

• fixed bug where changing admin password showed an error for some users
• fixed bug where product reviews were not visible for some users
• changed category structure in db to be more flexible. no node restrictions now!

It’s that time again, there’s a new version available for you to download.

Affiliate Niche Script was released at the beginning of February and we have been receiving approximately 1000 download requests a week.

Firstly I would like to say thank you to all those who have provided their feedback, we have listened to your feature requests and fixed the bugs you have found.

Today v1.1 has been released and will be available is available for download shortly.

There are now two flavours of ANS, ANS Pro and ANS Free.

ANS Pro will be available for FREE to all 1.0 users. If you created an account on our homepage you will receive an email sometime today with download instructions.

New signups from now will not qualify for the FREE UPGRADE and will only have the choice to download the free version or buy ANS Pro.

ANS Free is a free download with all the features of Pro except:

• 1/10 refferals are credited to us
• footer link can not be removed

ANS Pro is now for sale at just $97, still cheaper than AOM!

So what has changed from 1.0 to 1.1 ?

Bug Fixes

• fixed bug where page 2+ does not load from homepage
• fixed bug where categories that had been created were missing from the admin panel
• fixed bug where category with same name could not be added. you can now have two sub-categories with same name, but not a root cat & sub category with same name.
• fixed issue where searching using the “All” option would return an error.
• fixed add offers to cart bug
• fixed bug where if “import subcategories” was unticked, subcategories for pre-defined categories were still imported
• fixed broken rss feeds for categories.
• fixed broken “delete” link in user bookmarks

Yes it really is true, ANS is now completely 100% free. Affiliate Niche Script is no longer on sale, all sales have been refunded.

There is no catch all features are enabled and 100% commission goes to you, unlike some other “free” amazon scripts.

Affiliate Niche Script has finally reached v1.0 and is ready for release as soon as our site is up and running.

It’s been a long 12 months developing ANS but I have enjoyed every moment. Development does not stop here, we have some great plans on how we wish to progress this product in the future.

The script itself has had no major changes since my last blog post, just mainly fix’s, minor enhancements and cosmetic changes.

Within the next month or two we will be launching two new niche web-store’s based on ANS and we will be blogging every stage of the project from niche research, site configuration, SEO and regular earnings reports. This will be an excellent resource for any level of web-master so be sure to check back later.

We really hope Affiliate Niche Script will be ready for launch next Friday, on 29th January 2010.
